How do you ship your tea and when will it arrive?
We ship our tea via USPS first class and priority mail based on the weight of your order. Our orders get shipped in general within 1-2 days of receiving your order, and will usually take between 2-6 business days to arrive on your doorstep.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time, although we hope to offer this service at some point. Thank you for understanding.
It seems my tea is late in arriving…
If your order is more than 5 business days late, please check your tracking number and history for the latest update on your package shipment on www.USPS.com . Feel free to reach out to dan@heraldtea.com to find out where your order is, or we highly recommend contacting USPS directly at 1 (800) 275-8777.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a standard flat rate of $5 for any order shipping to the 50 US States. We ship the tea via USPS first class or priority mail based on the weight.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your order was shipped, a shipping confirmation email should be sent to the email submitted with your order. If you do not see this shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it feel free to reach out to dan@heraldtea.com .
My package was never delivered…
Oddly enough…USPS can sometimes mark a package as delivered when it leaves the processing center, and then can take as much as 3 business days before it arrives at your door. The best way to find out where your package went is for you to contact USPS directly. You can speak to their support team at: 1 (800) 275-8777 or reach out to them via email on their site! We find it is super effective to make a case with them in order to get the issue resolved.
How do I change my shipping or billing address?
If you notice your shipping or billing address is incorrect after placing your order, please email dan@heraldtea.com and we will do our best to get it taken care of :).
Are you conscious of the environment?
Absolutely! 95% of our packaging material is reused/recycled/recyclable. To cushion orders we use recycled kraft paper or tissue. The bags we pack our tea in are made by Dutch Coffee Pack, are carbon neutral and recyclable with plastic waste. We are always thinking of ways to innovate our company, be green, and keep our Earth beautiful!
